Mama Mama

Bebe is starting to show an interest in books other than as food. She still will only sit for a page or two, but she looks at the pictures and tries to turn the pages. I love Mama Mama/Papa Papa. One of the lines is: “Mama, Mama, soft as silk, give me warmth, and give me milk” and shows a baby leopard nursing. Another is “Mama, mama, hold me tight, we sleep a cozy sleep tonight.” There’s also a line about baby wearing. It’s a very sweet book and now that Bebe is saying “Mama” a lot, I think she likes listening to it too.
